Raúl Manrique

Raúl Manrique is a dynamic and passionate leader driven by a growth mindset. As vice president of Herbalife’s South and Central America region, he leads sales, marketing, operations and growth initiatives across 18 markets – driving collaboration, performance and sustainable business results.

Since joining Herbalife in 2020, Raúl has held key leadership roles across Commercial, Finance and Operations, strengthening Herbalife Independent Distributor engagement, improving efficiency and advancing regional growth. He successfully led the integration of the Brazil market and continues to guide initiatives that enhance Herbalife’s impact across the region.

With more than 20 years of experience in the nutrition and direct-selling industries, Raúl brings deep expertise in business strategy, supply chain and operations. Before joining Herbalife, he held senior leadership positions across Latin America and the U.S., where he built high-performing teams and delivered transformative results.

Raúl holds a degree in business administration from the University of Guadalajara and studied international business at Stockholm University. Having lived in Mexico, Peru, Brazil and Colombia, Raúl brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and communities.
